About Operation Graduation

Operation Graduation is an all night lock-in celebration for graduating seniors. It is held on the night of each school's graduation at McCullough Junior High School.

Op Grad is a substance-free lock-in, which means that once students arrive they are required to stay all night. This is to help ensure the safety of our graduating seniors. It is a proven fact that prom night and graduation night are the most deadly for teens. It has saved lives in our community and many others that participate.

The Past...

Since inception in 1987, The Operation Graduation Committee has hosted accident-free extravaganzas. Parents and community members have been an essential part of Operation Graduation. We hope that this year you will volunteer your time and help to make this year’s Operation Graduation the best yet. Nearly $100,000 dollars in monetary donations are needed between the two schools to hold the event. All of the money donated goes back to the students in some way, whether in entertainment for the evening or prizes for the students to take with them.

Operation Graduation continually strives to provide a safe but yet fun filled night for the graduating seniors. Our website is just one of the resources that is used for both the community and graduating seniors.
